Description of Euro Surtiflex hose

Euro Surtiflex hose used for pumping gasoline to 16 bar working pressure. This hose can withstand temperatures of -25ºC to 55ºC, resisting up to 50% aromatics. Manufactured under EN-1360 standard which is a brief description below.

EN-1360: This European Standard specifies minimum requirements and test methods for verification of three types of hoses in two categories and two classes of sets with union fittings used for dispensing fuel, including oxygenated fuels (with a maximum oxygenates up to 15%). Accessories are provided for its use at temperatures between -30 º C and +55 º C for the class of ambient temperature and -40 º C and +55 º C for the class of low temperature, at a pressure of ≤ 16 bar work. As part of the certification of a new supplier, testing fuel samples should be conducted according to the Standards EN 228 and EN 559, at least eight weeks after the first use the machine to avoid results with sulfur content not representative.

Materials of Euro Surtiflex hose

The Euro Surtiflex hose has an inner tube rubber, NBR black, is antistatic (R <1MΩ / m). Likewise, to give consistency and resistance has high tenacity textile reinforcements with a copper braid. The outer cover is manufactured using synthetic rubber black and antistatic (R <1MΩ / m). It can be made in other colors on request
