Description of Euro Ace-Man hose

The Euro Ace-Man is a hose for passage of acetylene and air at 20 bar pressure. This hose withstands temperatures from -10°C minimum and maximum up to 85ºC. Manufactured under the UNE-EN 559: 2003,UNE-EN ISO 3821, and ISO-1307, which offer a brief description:

ISO 3821: This International Standard specifies requirements for rubber hoses (including hoses twin) used in welding, cutting and allied processes. This International Standard specifies requirements for rubber hoses for normal work of 2 MPa (20 bar) and light duty [limited to hoses for a maximum working pressure of 1 MPa (10 bar) and a smaller inside diameter or equal to 6.3 mm]. This International Standard is applicable to hoses which operate at temperatures from -20ºC to + 60°C and used in:
- Gas welding and cutting;
- Arc welding under the protection of an inert or active gas;
- Related to welding and cutting processes, in particular heating, brazing and metallization.
This International Standard is not applicable for thermoplastic hoses or hoses used for for high pressure acetylene [more than 0.15 MPa (1.5 bar)].

ISO-1307: This International Standard specifies the tolerances on dimensions of hoses elastomers (rubbers) and plastic (pvc) and minimum and maximum permissible bore diameters for each size of hose. To this end, the hoses have been classified into four types, considering the process by which have been manufactured or extrusion mandrel. The standard also specifies the tolerances on the cut length of hose elastomers and plastics for industrial applications in the automotive sector. This standard is used with the relevant product standards hoses, unless there is a justification for using a different size of hose or unless the size of the hose you need a range of different inside diameters for a particular application.

Uses of Euro Ace-Man hose

The Euro Ace-Man is a hose for acetylene transport, for example for welding and cutting with oxygas welding machine (oxyacetylene).

Materials of Euro Ace-Man hose

• Interior: The Euro Ace-Man hose has an inner tube rubber SBR / EPDM black.
• Reinforcements: It has high tenacity textile reinforcements.
• Exterior: The outer shell is made of rubber SBR / EPDM blue.
