Description of Euro Farmacia hose

The Euro Farmacia hose is used for suction of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food products at 16 bar working pressure. This hose withstands temperatures from -35 ° C minimum and maximum to 100ºC. It is manufactured under the FDA, BfR, DIN-2823 (EN-12115) and ISO 1307 standards, which are detailed below:

Standard 1307: This International Standard specifies the tolerances on dimensions of hoses elastomers (rubbers) and plastic (pvc) and minimum and maximum permissible bore diameters for each size of hose. To this end, the hoses have been classified into four types, considering the process by which have been manufactured or extrusion mandrel. The standard also specifies the tolerances on the cut length of hose elastomers and plastics for industrial applications in the automotive sector. This standard is used with the relevant product standards hoses, unless there is a justification for using a different size of hose or unless the size of the hose you need a range of different inside diameters for a particular application.

Standard DIN-12115: This European Standard specifies requirements for two types of hose assemblies with fittings binding (Type D and SD) and four grades based on the electrical properties of hoses made of rubber or thermoplastics and its accessories manufactured by metal, designed to carry liquid or gaseous chemicals. Hose assemblies with accessories are meant to be used in a temperature range from -20 to + 65 ° C at a pressure of ≤ 10 bar (1 bar = 0.1 MPa.)

The Euro Farmacia hose has an UPE rubber inner tube, white with black conductive spiral. The outer cover is black EPDM color. It has high tenacity textile reinforcement and a helical wire.
